Ex-software company director who in 2004 resigned from his company to work on restoring a link between the conscience and good sense of the people with what happens in society. Founded “FREdome”, which with committed support from many major organisations, is launching people’s positive ideas into all areas of society and one day will be a driving force for positive change.
Fitzroy Williams - Sponsorship
Originally formed a DJ company in 1993 which evolved through doing various events for corporate clients and charities such as ‘Children In Need. Fitzroy has always enjoyed managing events, especially on the Community & Sponsorship side and, with experience of being involved in Rainbow Festival days, became a willing contributor to the Watford Celebration project.

Ex-nurse and Chinese take-away proprietor for over 20 years, with two lovely children, now doing a bit of voluntary work especially for the Chinese Community and Chinese School in the form of fund-raising and organising activities. Quite willing to help in any worthy causes.
Judith Bruni - Sacred Space/Childrens Entertainment & Publicity
Judith is a Christian devotee of Sai Baba, and the Publicity Officer for Watford Inter-Faith Association (formerly the secretary). Despite her hectic schedule of day/evening jobs and caring responsibilities, she still somehow finds time to work tirelessly for all the voluntary causes she is involved in.
Richard Chewter - Security and Safety
Richard is the Watford Town Centre Chaplain. He and his wife Mary came to Watford from Exeter, where Richard worked for Scripture Union and directed a schools outreach charity. He was Chaplain of Exeter City Football Club for over 20 years and now works in Watford developing the Chaplaincy project and equipping teams of Chaplains to serve in the various sectors of the town.
Françoise Murphy - Stalls
Françoise is the architect of the Watford Bridge of Peace – an organisation which builds bonds of friendship between people from different backgrounds, particularly between Muslim and Christian women. She is a member of the Women’s Federation for World Peace of North London and a recipient of an Ambassador For Peace Award.
Sharifa Chaudry - Welcoming Committee
Sharifa is Chair of the Watford Multicultural Community Centre and Chair of Watford Muslim Women’s Organisation. She is a recipient of the Community Champion Award for devoting much of 40-years to building better relations between ethnic and religious groups in the Watford area.
Levi Francis - Performances
Levi Francis is a Watford-based karate teacher and singer-songwriter. He runs his own school called United Sang Soo Do School of Martial Art Discipline. “All the Colours” is a song Levi wrote two years ago which he hopes will be taken up by the Let's Kick Racism Out of Football campaign. He is currently enjoying success on TV in the X Factor competition!
