Luther Blissett was born in Jamaica and at Watford FC he scored 186 goals for the Hornets in 503 appearances, an all-time record on both counts.

He was England's first black goal scorer and went on to win 14 international caps though his career.

In his international debut against Luxembourg in 1982 he scored a hat-trick, which gives you some idea of the type of prolific goalscorer he was.

As well as playing for Watford, he also played for AC Milan, Bournemouth, West Brom, Wimborne Town, Bury, Derry City, Mansfield Town, Southport and Fakenham Town.

He spent many years coaching at Watford and now manages Chesham FC.

Luther will come to the Colosseum between 10.30 and 12.30 on the 28th May and will gladly meet everybody and sign autographs. So come early and talk sport with him!!
